Despite drawing him in group shots and for a cutout, this is my first solo Nightcrawler picture. The 'port-cloud isn't as flashy as I wanted it to be, but I was fighting through the art block then. Still, the cloud and Nightcrawler himself look the way that I wanted them to. My only disappointment is that the pose doesn't look 'strange' enough. He's still posed like a regular-yet-acrobatic character would be posed. I think this one was drawn in 2003 and colored in 2004. The version with the square X-symbol background and coloring tweaks was made in 2010. |
