I lightboxed and traced a my 2006 Radd Spencer drawing because the original turned out to be too eraser burned for me to digitally clean and color properly. I also made a few changes and may make even more before I start coloring it.The look is based on the "Stage Complete" graphic (seen below) with bits and pieces from official Capcom artwork. Wish I could've done more with the rifle, but I think I finally got the hair and face right.
