Her 2010 redesign is just a tweak from her look from the mid-1990's. My original plans involved giving her short cornrows but a character from a major comic company debuted with a look that'd make the two look too similar. The goal of this design is to take her speed powers into account, to keep her tough looking without looking to manly and to have an outfit that blends in on the street when she needs it to. She may see more design changes before she appears in a book but that won't be a big issue since most of this outfit is normal clothing. |
